Introduction
Hello! My name is Sof, and I am a queer white woman who uses She/Her pronouns. I am a Community and Trauma Counseling graduate student at Thomas Jefferson University, fulfilling my internship hours at Arrive Therapy.
What it’s like to see me as a therapist
I am committed to creating a space where you can show up fully. I work collaboratively with my clients with care and a deep respect for their lived experiences. I hope to understand what matters most to you and shape our work around your needs and values. When it feels helpful, I love bracelet making and creative tools to support expression and healing in a meaningful way.
About Me
I have a deep love for film that was sparked when I saw the movie Ladybird for the first time, and I try to fit in time to watch as many movies as I can between work and school. I love music; my top artists include Phoebe Bridgers and Djo. I try to live by embracing the unknown and understanding that everything is figureoutable. In my free time, I love going to concerts, playing guitar and aggressive inline skating at the skate park!
