What to Expect with Payment and Insurance

Pay up front with transparency
Sessions are paid at the time of service. This allows you to know exactly what therapy costs without hidden rules from insurance companies.
Step 2
Protect your privacy
We give you a monthly āsuperbillā to submit for reimbursement. Because we donāt bill insurance directly, your private session notes stay with you and your therapist, not in an insurance database.
Youāre never alone in this process, weāre with you all the way.
Step 3
Support affirming care
This model helps us fairly compensate our queer and trans clinicians while keeping our practice sustainable. Many clients receive at least 75% or full reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
