In honor of Global Diversity and National Depression and Health Screening Month

NAMI Montgomery County in collaboration with Jackson-Cor Media Production and several Montgomery County community organizations aims to create a space for individuals of diverse communities, across cultures, ability, sexuality and professional spheres (community member, counselors, peer/recovery specialist, non-profits, etc.) to engage in dialogue surrounding various mental health stigmas and socio-cultural factors that affect the mental health of diverse communities.

This event will include:

  • A Round Table Discussion

  • Depression Screening Opportunity

  • Reflection and Sharing Story Booth

  • Competency and Wellness Activities

  • Dinner/Catering

  • And more...

Please join us on October 24th as we engage with members of the Montgomery County Community to highlight how far we have come and where we can possibly go with mental health!
