Prioritizing LGBTQ+ Mental Health: Arrive Therapy Celebrates Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, an important time to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. At Arrive Therapy, we are committed to supporting the mental wellbeing of all individuals, including those in the trans and LGBTQ+ communities.
Main Line Health Offers an IOP for Queer People!
Mirmont is now enrolling for a new mental health intensive outpatient group. SAGE (Sexuality and Gender Expansive) is open to any adult who identifies as LGBTQ+ and lives with a primary mental health diagnosis. This group will include mental health psychoeducation, DBT-informed therapy, mindfulness and a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach.
