We're excited to share that Arrive Therapy has upgraded to online booking and charting software powered by JaneApp.

Emails from Jane App are not spam—this is a legitimate system change, and we encourage you to create your account as soon as you get an email from them.

What's Changing:

You'll now use JaneApp to manage your appointments with us. Everything else stays the same—you'll have the same amazing Arrive Therapy team you know and trust.

What You Can Do in Your New Account:

With your JaneApp login, you'll be able to:

  • Easily schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments

  • Check your appointment history anytime

  • Securely store and update your payment information

Next Steps:

  1. You will get an email from Jane with your custom portal link.

  2. Set up your username and password for your Arrive Therapy profile in JaneApp

  3. Update your credit card information in the portal for seamless future bookings


Don't want to enter your card online?

No problem! You can provide this information to your therapist at your next appointment instead.


A Quick Note:

When you receive an email from JaneApp about your Arrive Therapy account, rest assured it's legitimate. Any emails from JaneApp related to your appointments with us are official communications from our new system.
