SAGE (Sexuality and Gender Expansive) is open to any adult who identifies as LGBTQ+ and lives with a primary mental health diagnosis. This group will include mental health psychoeducation, DBT-informed therapy, mindfulness and a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach.
